1. Return Eligibility

Most items can be returned within 30 days if they are:
• Unused
• Unworn
• In original, sealed, untampered packaging
• In the same condition received

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Adult toys, intimate products, or sexual-wellness items
• Any item with a broken or opened tamper-evident seal
• Lubricants, oils, or consumable personal-use items
• Intimate apparel that has been worn, tried on, or removed from packaging
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items

These restrictions ensure customer safety and comply with federal hygiene standards.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item or issue a refund.

Damage caused by improper use is not eligible.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Buyer’s remorse or unwanted items: Customer pays return shipping
• Defective or incorrect items: Savage Falls covers return shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take additional time to process.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. EU Customers

If applicable, EU residents have a 14-day right to cancel unopened orders. Intimate products remain non-returnable if seals are broken.
